American Sedan Service Policies

Hours Of Business: American Sedan operates 24 Hours a day. Call us any day or time of the week for quick and friendly service.

Hourly booking rates: $56.00/hour (3 hour minimum)
(Standard service areas includes Metropolitan Detroit, Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw county
and north of Monroe county.)

Wait Time Charges: $14.00/15 minutes
(Wait Time charges do not begin until 15 minutes past scheduled pick time)

Round Trip Waiting Charges: $56.00/hour
(First hour waiting is free in round trip)

Stop Over: $10 Additional Flat Fee
(A stop over within regular route of two destinations no more than 15 minutes.)

After Hours: $5 Additional Per Hour
(After hours last from 12 midnight to 4:59am)

Ambassador Bridge or Detroit / Windsor Tunnel Border Crossing
$10 Toll Fee Applies

No Show Charges:
Do not leave the baggage area with out calling us first.

We will immediately contact your driver if you are unable to locate him "No Show Up Charges".
Call us immediately at (248) 917-2526. Please leave a detailed message if the line is busy and we will call you back immediately.

Full fare will be charged for No Shows.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made prior to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time are without penalty. A
cancellation made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time will be charged full fare.

Service Termination:
The driver may terminate trip services due to inappropriate behavior or manners of the customer. There
will be a full service charge for terminated services.

Although we prefer to provide the best professional transportation & courtesy services for our customers, America Sedan is not responsible...

for delays or the termination due to weather conditions, and airport authorities
for delays or the termination due to mechanical breakdown of the vehicle
for any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown or weather conditions
for delays or the termination due to natural disasters
delays due to constructions and detours
delays due to accidents on expressway
for damage caused by independent/sub-contractors
for laptop damage
for articles left in the limousine
for failure to provide service due to system shutdowns/computer failure

Additional Terms and Conditions: Alcohol and drug use is prohibited by law. Vehicles shall be loaded beyond seating capacity. Additional $5 will be added for parking to all pick ups from airport terminals. Gratuity is earned by the consideration of trained & courteous drivers; however, 20% gratuity will be added to prepaid reservations, late night pick ups, and to one-way trips that exceed 50 miles distance. Customer is responsible for any fine incurred for the breach of these rules & conditions. American Sedan shall not be responsible for any loss actual or other, incurred by inclement weather, road or traffic detours or other conditions, or other unforeseeable events or conditions. Customer and their heirs, family , or agent(s) agree to hold harmless & release America Sedan, LLC, its owner(s), operators, heir(s) or family from any arising from loss or litigation arising from the use of America Sedan, LLC services, or property.
